Downtown Business to Become Set for Commercial

Who knew that a laundromat could put San Bruno on the map?

That's what will be happening today when Summer's Laundry, which recently opened on San Mateo Avenue, becomes the set for a new commercial being shot for , which has a branch in the city.

Part of the 500 block of San Mateo Avenue will be blocked off all day while the commercial is filmed.

San Bruno Chamber of Commerce CEO Jessica Evans said she didn't know why Chase decided to shoot a commercial in San Bruno—let alone at a laundromat—but the fact that the commercial will be viewed by millions of people nationwide is exciting.
