On Saturday, April 5th, at 11am, you can attend a Housing Preservation Fair. Sponsors include ACCE, Keep Your Home California, and Richmond Mayor McLauglin. Homeowners may qualify for mortgage payment help even if unemployed and even if the home is underwater. This fair takes place at 598 Nevin Avenue in Richmond.
