Patch Whiz Kid of the Week: Alexander Davis
With a passion for technology, this Parkside Intermediate eighth-grader looks to stay ahead of the game.

Each week, San Bruno Patch will feature an amazing kid, youth group, teen or sports team that wows us with their accomplishments.
This week, we feature eighth-grader Alexander Davis, who is a techie in every sense of the word. He has embraced technology ever since he first got his hands on a computer. Now, he uses his passion for technology to excel both at school and at home.

He also swims competitively, which he plans to continue when he enters next year.
Key to Awesomeness: "Alexander's enthusiasm for learning and constant desire to help others inspires both students and teachers alike," said English teacher Sarah Spears. "He is not only a star student but a born leader.... He spends just as much time helping his peers as he does on his own work."
Adds Principal Angela Addiego: "Alex's spirit is a testament to his parents whom also share his passion for school and learning. Their generosity of time and volunteerism to the school community is commendable."
