San Bruno Company's Technology Powers New Global Real Estate Tool
The Asian Real Estate Association of America launched the marketing tool with San Bruno-based Proxio's real estate listings technology to connect its members with Asian countries and remove language barriers.

A national organization that promotes homeownership among Asian Americans has launched a global networking platform with San Bruno-based Proxio aimed at connecting the organization's real estate professionals with more than 100 countries around the world.
Using Proxio's global real estate listings technology, the Asian Real Estate Association of America will be able to use the new international marketing tool—dubbed "AREAA Net"—to offer translation of listings into 19 languages and 30 currencies, the organization said.
According to the real estate association's chairwoman, Kathy Tsao, there is rising interest in U.S. real estate from foreign buyers, especially from Asian countries.
