What Should Replace Lucky Gifts?
The downtown storefront has been vacant for awhile. Is anything else going to take its place?
I need some help with this one.
Lucky Gifts is one of those storefronts that has been vacant for a long time on San Mateo Avenue. According to the property owner, Marshall Realty, the 1,395-square-foot store is available for lease. But that's about all I know at this point.
It's not clear why the previous business closed or whether a new business will be opening there any time soon. If you have any information about Lucky Gifts or why it has been vacant for so long, let us know in the comments.
