Body Found Inside Car Of Missing San Clemente Woman

SAN CLEMENTE, CA — The body of a deceased woman inside of a vehicle belonging to a missing San Clemente resident was found in an LAX parking lot Sunday, authorities told the San Clemente Times.

The car, a 2016 white Range Rover with the license plate 8PAY283, was last driven by 61-year-old Carroll Dunne, a San Clemente resident and mother. Dunne was considered a "critical missing person" by authorities since mid-December, according to a previous Patch report.

A positive identification of the body has yet to be made, the Orange County Sheriff's Department told the San Clemente Times.
