Post Office Hiring At San Clemente Branch: How To Apply
We don't have much rain, sleet, or snow, but the United States Post Office still wants workers. Check out which positions are hiring in OC.

SAN CLEMENTE, CA —Looking for work? The U.S. Postal Service announced that city carrier assistant positions are once again open at post offices near San Clemente and across Orange County.
The U.S. Postal Service is holding a series of hiring fairs to fill 40,000 seasonal-worker spots in preparation for the winter holidays, and online applications are also available.
Positions are open in or near the cities of Los Alamitos, Seal Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano according to the most recent search of the USPS job database. Officials say that mail carriers are needed across Southern California as the fall and winter are peak seasons for the post office.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays. Hourly wages start at between $17 and $18 per hour, with benefits, including health insurance, annual leave and a path to becoming a career city carrier, a spokesperson says.
No need to go far for work, they say. Job seekers should check back weekly for new job postings in and around their city of residence.
