ORANGE COUNTY, CA — The moon was bright this weekend, Orange County. Residents who spent their weekend evenings out and about may have noticed the seasonal cold moon glowing full and large in the sky.

The last full moon of the year is known as the cold moon and is the longest full moon of the year, according to Space.com. This year's cold moon shined so bright that it continued into Sunday night.
