$150,000 Reward Offered For Unsolved Homicides
The killings took place in 2010, 2013, and 2014.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — The city of San Leandro increased its reward offers to anyone who could provide information that would help solve three cold case homicides.
San Leandro officials said Thursday that the City Council unanimously approved a resolution to augment the existing reward for tips leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the killings.
The reward for compelling information on the Oct. 9, 2010 double homicides of Marius Robinson and Kwame Nunn was increased to $150,000.

City officials also raised the reward to the same amount for information on the March 22, 2013, killing of Delun "Allan" Pan and the Dec. 14, 2014 homicide of Joel Ramirez.
"San Leandro stands with the families of Marius Robinson, Kwame Nunn, Allan Pan, and Joel Ramirez. By increasing these rewards, we are sending a clear message: these victims are not forgotten, and neither are their families. We hope this initiative encourages those with information to come forward and help us deliver justice," Mayor Juan Gonzales said in a statement.
