Freeze Watch For San Leandro Issued By NWS

Here's the timing for covering your sensitive plants.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — If you have sensitive plants, including many citrus trees, you may need to cover them or bring them inside, along with pets.

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for much of the Bay Area, including San Leandro. The watch goes into effect overnight and continues through Thursday morning.

Here in San Leandro, temps are expected to get down to 38 on Tuesday, but are expected to stay above 40 on Wednesday.
