$100K Peninsula Shopping Center Burglary Under Investigation

Four suspects are sought in connection with the theft, which is believed to have occurred at around 8:37 a.m. Nov. 8, police said.

SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — Jewelry valued at approximately $100,000 was stolen last week in a Peninsula retail burglary, Daly City police said.

Officers at around 9:15 a.m. Nov. 8 responded to Serramonte Shopping Center on the report of a kiosk burglary, police said.

The burglary was reported by a Banter Piercing Pagoda jewelry kiosk employee who arrived at work at 9 a.m. to find jewelry display cases on the floor and cabinets broken into, police said.

The suspects (three males, one female) were all described as being around 5-foot-5 and 25 to 30 years of age.

The female suspect was wearing a dark jacket, pants, a mask, sunglasses, a light beanie, gloves, and a large shoulder bag.

Two of the male suspects were wearing vests with neon reflective stripes.
