Felon Arrested On Suspicion Of Possessing Stun Gun In Pacifica

PACIFICA, CA — A convicted felon was arrested early Tuesday morning after he was found to be illegally in possession of a stun gun, Pacifica police said.

Marcus Miller, 28 of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a stun gun and possession of drug paraphernalia, among other charges, police said.

An officer patrolling the 400 block of Gateway Drive at around 12:11 a.m. Tuesday contacted the occupant of a parked vehicle with no license plates and noticed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, police said.

The officer later determined Miller was in possession of a stun gun in violation of terms of a previous felony conviction, police said.
