A power outage was affecting more than 1,000 PG&amp;E customers in San Mateo on Sunday afternoon. According to the <a href="http://www.pge.com/myhome/customerservice/outages/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">PG&amp;E Outage Map</a>, 1,226 customers were affected as of 2:44 p.m. Sunday.
