Pump It Up Staffer Arrested, Accused Of Lewd Behavior With Minor
San Mateo County sheriff's deputies said they received a tip of inappropriate acts between the 18-year-old man and a child under 10.

SAN MATEO, CA -- An 18-year-old Belmont man was arrested on suspicion of committing lewd acts with and molesting a minor in rural San Mateo County at a children's fun zone, the sheriff's department reported.
San Mateo Sheriff's deputies responded Monday at 1 p.m. to the Pump It Up on the 1300 block of Elmer Street for a welfare check when the parents of a child under age 10 claimed their nanny said an indoor bounce house employee took inappropriate, sexually explicit photographs of the child.
The employee was identified by sheriff's deputies as Tavi Benelli.

Upon further investigation, deputies learned Benelli escorted the victim into a private room alone and inappropriately touched her, the sheriff's department added.
When Benelli was contacted by deputies, it was also discovered the suspect tried to conceal evidence when it was collected.

Benelli was booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
The sheriff's department said Pump It Up has been cooperative with the investigation.
