Road Reopened In Redwood City That Was Closed Due To Downed Power Line: Police

Police sent out an alert at 8:08 a.m.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Police said they shut down a road Friday in Redwood City due to a downed power line.

At 8:08 a.m. on Friday, the Redwood City Police Department sent out an alert stating Westbound Whipple Avenue between El Camino Real and Arguello Street is now open after it was temporarily closed due to a downed power line.

PG&E is on scene.
