San Mateo Railroad Crossings Temporary Closed Next Two Weekends

Caltrain will perform grade crossing cutover and installation work beginning this weekend on three crossings.

SAN MATEO, CA — Temporary railroad crossing closures will come to San Mateo over the next two weekends as Caltrain does work.

Caltrain will perform grade crossing cutover and installation work beginning this weekend, and the following crossings will be closed at the train tracks:

  • 2nd Avenue
  • 5th Avenue
  • Villa Terrace

The closures will take place between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m. this weekend and again on May 14-15.
