PACIFICA, CA — Two suspects are sought in connection with a Peninsula carjacking Friday evening in which shots were fired, police said.
No injuries were reported in the shooting, the Pacifica Police Department said.
Officers at around 6:45 p.m. Friday responded to the area of Humboldt Court on reports of a possible carjacking, police said.

Officers determined at least two armed suspects confronted the victim and that one of the suspects fired several shots during the incident, police said.
The victim believes the carjackers targeted his work van and followed him to the area, police said.
Officers shortly afterward found the stolen van abandoned and the van’s contents emptied.
Police said the case remains under investigation.
