Downed Power Lines Prompt San Rafael Traffic Advisory

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Residents are urged to avoid the area of 2675 E Francisco Boulevard due to downed live wires, San Rafael police said an alert at 1:39 p.m. Monday.
There is a full closure and no bikes, pedestrians or any other vehicles allowed in the area until further notice, police said.
San Rafael Police and Fire department personnel are on scene and PG&E is en route, police said.
