Drugs, Stolen Booze Seized In Marin Traffic Stop

NOVATO, CA — Two people were arrested early Sunday morning after a Marin traffic stop in which suspected stolen booze and drugs were found, the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies seized more than 55 bottles of suspected stolen alcohol, heroin, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia after pulling over the vehicle early Sunday morning, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Both the driver of the vehicle and their passenger were arrested on suspicion of unspecified crimes in connection with the incident, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Both suspects were taken to Marin County Jail, the Sheriff’s Office said.
