Marin 7-Eleven Robbery-Carjack Suspects Arrested
The Marin County Sheriff's Office investigated the case jointly with authorities in San Rafael and San Pablo.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — Two suspects were arrested Wednesday in connection with a Marin 7-Eleven armed robbery and carjacking last month, the Marin County Sheriff’s Office said.
Javin Ramirez-Leiva, 21, and Cesar Perez-Salmeron, 24 (both of San Pablo) were arrested in Contra Costa County and are being held at Martinez County Detention Facility on $500,000 bail, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded to a report at around 1:15 a.m. Aug. 23 of an armed robbery and vehicle theft at the 7-Eleven store at 292 North San Pedro, the Sheriff’s Office said.

The Sheriff’s Office investigated the case jointly with authorities in San Rafael and San Pablo after similar incidents occurred in those cities, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Evidence connecting the duo to the Santa Venetia robbery and carjacking was located during the service of the search warrants by San Pablo police detectives, the Sheriff’s Office said.
