Proponents of making outdoor dining permanent got the backing of 89.25 percent of residents with 656 “yes” votes against 79 who voted “no.”
The proposal garnered the support of 86.11 percent of participating businesses (31 to 5) and a whopping 98.53 percent of visitors (201-3).
