Marin County Offers Paid Summer Internship
Recruitment is now open for ages 15 to 21.
MARIN COUNTY, CA — The Marin County Probation Department is recruiting for a paid summer internship, which will consist of working with various county departments, according to a press release.
The Marin County Career Explorer Program is an eight-week program where interns, ages 15 to 21, will gain experience working with different County of Marin departments, community agencies and public education partners.
“We’re opening doors for young people, regardless of their past or where they come from. Some have walked through the justice system themselves or watched family members do the same. But here, they find hope, purpose, and the power to rewrite their future,” said Marlon Washington, Marin County chief probation officer.
