Marin Ukraine Benefit Concert Features Star-Studded Lineup

MILL VALLEY, CA — A Ukraine benefit concert featuring a star-studded lineup will be held later this week storied Mill Valley venue.

“Soul & Solidarity,” an evening of entertainment to benefit the citizens of Ukraine, will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Sweetwater Music Hall.

“The Voice” contestant Sophia Bromberg, a Marin resident, TikTok sensation Matt Hansen, and powerhouse vocalists Devon Baldwin and Rozzi are among those scheduled to perform at the event.

The event is presented by the Arizae Foundation, a Marin-based nonprofit founded by San Anselmo couple Andy and Sara Kurtzig.

The foundation has already raised more than $360,000 to help the Ukrainian people amid Vladimir Putin’s unprovoked war on the Eastern European U.S. ally of 44 million people.

“Getting financial support to Ukraine is crucial at this time,” Arizae Foundation Co-founder Sara Kurtzig said.

The concert is among several fundraising events the foundation has held.

Donations have already helped Arizae create fully equipped shelters in Western Ukraine, deliver medical supplies and humanitarian aid to those in need in Kharkiv and Kyiv, and provide supplies to soldiers including bulletproof vests and helmets, night vision systems and patrol drones.
