Teen Girl Reported Missing In Marin County: CHP

The California Highway Patrol sent out an alert for a girl last seen on Halloween.

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Police issued an alert for a missing 14-year-old girl Monday who was last seen on Oct. 31 in San Rafael.

The California Highway Patrol issued an Ebony Alert Monday for Jatori Miller who was described as being 5 feet 8 inches, 190 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair.

She was last seen at around 9 a.m. on Oct. 31 in San Rafael and was believed to be on foot, police said.
