Police sent out an alert at 10:34 a.m.
SAN RAFAEL, CA — Police sent out an alert Wednesday morning, advising locals to avoid an intersection after a crash occurred.
At 1:31 p.m., the San Rafael Police Department said the roadway was reopened.
At 10:34 a.m., the SRPD sent out the alert stating to avoid the area of A Street and Second Street due to a traffic accident.
