Wanted San Rafael Sexual Assault Suspect Arrested After Search: Cops
A K-9 unit, a Marin County Sheriff's Office Drone Team and a California Highway Patrol helicopter were involved in the search.
SAN RAFAEL, CA – A wanted Marin attempted sexual assault suspected was arrested after authorities conducted a search Thursday afternoon, the San Rafael Police Department said.
The adult male suspect was arrested on unspecified charges.
“Just after 5:00 PM, residence in the Culloden Park neighborhood, at the western base of San Rafael Hill, observed the suspect and called SRPD,” the agency said an alert Thursday evening.

“Officers immediately responded to the area and took the suspect into custody without incident.”
The arrest culminated a search for the suspect in the areas of Boyd Park Open Space, Boyd Park, San Rafael Elks Lodge, and Falkirk Cultural Center, police said.
