2 New Stores Open In City Center

The stores add to an already-extensive lineup of home goods stores and showrooms.

SAN RAMON, CA — City Center Bishop Ranch announced Wednesday that two new home furnishing stores are now open.

The Shade Store opened up a 688-square-foot space next to Philz Coffee. The Shade Store provides luxury textiles and custom window treatments. Visitors can customize shades, blinds, and draperies with the store’s collection of over 1,200 fabrics and materials, all handcrafted in the United States. The new showroom provides comprehensive design services, including swatches, complimentary professional window measurements, and photo renderings.

Kohler, a specialist in luxury kitchen and bath products, debuted in the East Bay with a 4,086-square-foot store in between West Elm and Pottery Barn. The new location offers a wide variety of home products, including luxury cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, lighting, mirrors, vanities, and tiles. Visitors can also interact with functioning faucets, sinks, and showers, and consult with staff design experts.

The Shade Store and Kohler join City Center’s growing list of home offerings,which include LoveSac, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Tempur-Pedic, West Elm and Williams Sonoma.
