Belmont Village Opens, Donates $5K To California Fire Foundation

The 177-unit senior living complex opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony Wednesday.

SAN RAMON, CA — Belmont Village Senior Living San Ramon, a 177-apartment senior living complex at 1000 Walnut Drive in Bishop Ranch, opened Wednesday in a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Belmont Village San Ramon offers studios and one and two-bedroom apartments for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The facility includes 24/7 medical staff, a fitness center with classes, a screening room, sports lounge, creative arts studio, library, salon, heated outdoor swimming pool, bocce ball and putting greens, farm-to-table garden, yoga lawn, rooftop terraces, and a dog park, all within walking distance of City Center Bishop Ranch.

As part of the ribbon cutting ceremony, Belmont Village presented a $5000 donation to the California Fire Foundation, which supports firefighters, their families, and communities affected by the recent Southern California wildfires. San Ramon Mayor Mark Armstrong, Belmont Village Senior Living Founder and CEO Patricia Will, and Sunset Development President and CEO Alex Mehran, Jr. were all present.
