Bishop Ranch Offering Turnkey Suites For Businesses

Businesses can obtain flexible leases on more than 15 turnkey suites ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet.

SAN RAMON, CA — Bishop Ranch is offering more than 15 turnkey suites ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet available for rent, starting at $4.25 per square foot per month. The suites are ideal for companies with a daily peak attendance of 10 to 50 employees.

“Amid the ongoing changes in the future of work, business leaders face significant decision fatigue regarding office space solutions,” Bishop Ranch said in a statement. “The unpredictable nature of hybrid attendance, with companies vacillating between back-to-office and hybrid models, has left many uncertain about the right amount of space needed while seeking to reestablish in-person connection. With San Ramon as one of the largest job centers in the Bay Area, the new program aims to bridge the gap between co-working spaces and custom enterprise offices.”

The first suites are available for lease at Orchards, close to City Center. The suites are available for short-team lease, fully furnished, and integrated with the latest technology to support hybrid work environments. Tech experts are also available for training and troubleshooting.
