Bishop Ranch Welcomes 174 New Tenants
New tenants include New York Life Insurance Company, Insight Global, and Robert Half.

SAN RAMON, CA — 174 new tenants have signed leases for a total of more than 630,000 square feet of office at Bishop Ranch, owner Sunset Development Company announced Wednesday. Lessees include leaders in the talent, retail, and hospitality industries.
Some of the largest new lease agreements include:
- Robert Half, staffing company
- Vaco, professional services firm
- Carlson, Barbee & Gibson, civil engineering firm
- Insight Global, staffing company
- TRI Pointe Homes, homebuilder
- KB Home, homebuilder
- New York Life Insurance Company, the nation's largest mutual life insurance company
- Withum, public accounting
- Solargistix, high-wattage renewable energy systems
- Taylor Morrison, homebuilder and developer
- Canary Marketing, brand consultant
- Legacy Mechanical & Energy Services, engineering firm
- Sieva Networks Solutions, software development
Bishop Ranch is also anticipating Chevron's 400,000 square-foot global headquarters, which can accommodate up to 2,000 employees. Home sales are also underway for properties from City Village by SummerHill Homes, which will offer 404 detached houses. Belmont Senior Living also plans to deliver 185 residences in the fall of 2024.

Ultimately, Bishop Ranch plans to accommodate 850,000 square feet of retail space, a 169-room hotel, and a live music venue.
