City Center Announces 3 New Tenants, Fieldwork Expansion

Three new tenants are open or about to open, and Fieldwork Brewing Company now offers a virtual, interactive sports lounge.

SAN RAMON, CA — Three new tenants are confirmed at City Center Bishop Ranch, and a current tenant has greatly expanded its offerings, the complex announced Monday.

Ardent Goods has opened a 760-square-foot studio next to Mendocino Farms. The company specializes in luxurious body-care and home products that contain plant-powered, non-toxic ingredients.

A pop-up sales gallery has opened for City Village, a 404-home development built by SummerHill Homes. The development contains 268 detached homes, and 136 attached townhouses, and are the first of up to 10,000 new housing units that will be built in Bishop Ranch over the next 10 years. The sales gallery is located next to Optical Illusions.

The Shade Store, which offers customizable, deluxe window treatments like shades, blinds and draperies, will open a 1,376-square-foot space next to Philz Coffee in early 2024.

Fieldwork Brewing Company, a Bay Area chain of craft breweries and restaurants, opened an immersive Topgolf Swing Suite Simulators in two new lounges. Guests can play 18 holes on a virtual golf course, or enjoy a number of interactive games, including zombie baseball, dodgeball and hockey. With the expansion, Fieldwork now totals 4,234 square feet.
