Dunn-Edwards Paint Store Opens In San Ramon

The San Ramon location is part of a large expansion across Northern California.

SAN RAMON, CA — Here’s some colorful news: paint store Dunn-Edwards, which specializes in all shades of architectural and industrial paint, announced that it is opening 17 stores throughout northern California, including at 2050 San Ramon Valley Boulevard in San Ramon. Another location is opening in Livermore and Brentwood, part of a large expansion that will increase the paint store’s presence by 50 percent in Northern California.

The San Ramon location will be located just steps away from another paint store, Sherwin-Williams, and a five minute drive from Benjamin Moore at 6888 San Ramon Valley Boulevard in Danville.

“For nearly a century, Dunn-Edwards has prioritized our hardworking employees, contractors, and customers. Through recent industry challenges, we believe more than ever that our people are our most valuable asset,” Monte Lewis, Chief Operating Officer at Dunn-Edwards Corporation, said in a statement. “The sudden closure of Kelly-Moore devastated hundreds of loyal employees and impacted painting professionals across the region. By moving quickly and decisively, we’re hopeful our expansion will provide relief for those who have been affected, building trust with new and existing employees and customers for years to come.”
