Heidi Kenniston-Lee New President/CEO Of San Ramon Chamber Of Commerce

The former chair of the Parks and Community Services Commission said she is "truly excited" to support the city's businesses.

SAN RAMON, CA - Heidi Kenniston-Lee has been named the new president and CEO of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce, the organization announced Monday.

Kenniston-Lee is an active, 27-year resident of San Ramon. She served as chair of the San Ramon Parks and Community Services Commission, manager of the TRAFFIX traffic congestion relief program, co-chair of San Ramon 150 Sesquicentennial Celebration organizing committee, and director of the Leadership San Ramon Valley Board. She was also named a 2017 Citizen of the Year by the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce and a Tri-Valley Hero by the Pleasanton Weekly and Danville/San Ramon newspapers.

She has also served on the San Ramon Library Renovation Committee, the San Ramon Historic Foundation, as vice president of the San Ramon Valley Council of PTAs Parent and Community Concerns Committee, the Golden View Elementary School PTA, and many more.

In 2022, she ran to represent District 4 on the San Ramon City Council, but lost to Marisol Rubio, former director of the Dublin San Ramon Services District.

Kenniston-Lee takes over from Interim President and CEO Kathy Fanning, who filled after the departure of long-time leader Stewart Bambino.
