Live Art Thursdays In San Ramon: See Local Street Artists At Work

SAN RAMON, CA — This month City Center Bishop Ranch kicked off its Live Art Thursdays event series in Alexander Square.

Local artists will transform oversized canvases in front of spectators every third Thursday through October, according to a statement from Sunset Development Company, developer and owner of the shopping center. The works of art will be up for sale Oct. 21, at an art show and open house capping off the series.

“We are excited to launch this event that supports artists and showcases their talents,” said Alexander Mehran, Jr., CEO and president of Sunset Development Company, in the statement. “In planning ‘Live Art Thursdays,’ our goal was to create a unique art experience for visitors of all ages.”

Artists Alice Lee, EON75, Illuminaries, Nora Bruhn and Vogue will be highlighted at upcoming events.
