Man With Ghost Gun Arrested In San Ramon: PD

SAN RAMON, CA — Two suspects were arrested in San Ramon Monday for the alleged possession of an unregistered Glock handgun.

San Ramon officers stopped a Honda Accord they say was committing several vehicle code violations, according to a department social media post. During the stop, the officer learned that the driver, an unnamed El Sobrante resident, was on county probation. The officer initiated a vehicle search and say they found an unregistered Glock 23 handgun with an extended magazine. The department also posted a photo showing several wads of hundred-dollar bills, a pill bottle, and a large amount of marijuana.

The driver and passenger, a San Ramon resident, were arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.
