She started Operation LOVE for drop off Pop up centers to get Professional Protective Equipment to the frontline Medical Professionals. The town's and Mayors hosted her in San Ramon, Livermore and Danville. She has made over 75 personal deliveries to a variety of needed facilities. Now since the hospitals have their stock, she continues to help the needy and below poverty, and teach I have hers what they need to get their IT companies safely back running. At one time she had over 25 ladies sewing material masks and Dublin Sew Center helped with the huge demands Being a Nurse retired with a Active licence of 38 years she knew she had to get involve and help.
She also partnered with Garre Winery in Livermore that did Appreciation meals for hospitals and frontline facilities. Over 6000 meals were delivered and they wont be done until May 29. She might be my wife but she truly is a Hero that goes into action and worked 19 hours a day getting Operation up and running in 5 days.
She has freely helped so many others, that people just stepped up to volunteer shifts at the Pop Up Center,do inventory, organize sewing group, and make deliveries. She risked herself to be in the public to get Medical needs meet. Operation LOVE has a group Facebook presence, and raised money for material to make material masks. It's amazing what my wife created with a Godly vision.
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
She is the perfect definition of Florence Nightingale, a nurse heart that NEVER quits
Thank you for all you do, Mary!
