In San Ramon, Councilmember Mark Armstrong has filed for mayor, following Mayor Dave Hudson’s decision not to run for re-election. As of Monday, Armstrong is the only mayoral candidate, according to the city’s candidate page.

The only other incumbent to file was Sridhar Verose, who is running for re-election to represent District 3, in the city’s southeast. He is being challenged by Jonathan Adams, who had not filed documents as of Monday.
