San Ramon Councilmember Sridhar Verose Launches Re-Election Campaign
Verose has served on the Council for four years, focusing on public safety, infrastructure, and finance.

SAN RAMON, CA — San Ramon District 3 Councilmember Sridhar Verose launched his re-election bid Thursday.
Verose was first elected to the council in 2020. During his time on the council, he helped with a number of public safety projects, including establishing a joint public safety building with an Emergency Operations Center and securing a $5.6 million grant to combat organized retail theft.
Verose currently serves on the council’s Infrastructure Committee, where he has helped oversee the development of the Iron Horse Trail pedestrian overcrossing, and the securing of a multimillion-dollar, city-owned fiber optic network accessible to city residents and businesses.

He is also a member of the council’s Finance Committee, and helped balance the Year 2025 budget to have 36 percent in reserves. He worked to develop a strategic financial plan to ensure long-term financial stability.
“The city of San Ramon is a special place that none of us can ever take for granted,” Verose said in a statement. “But that doesn’t mean the work stops there. If re-elected I will continue the fight on City Council to continuously improve our public safety, parks, and roads.”
