As the earth turns toward darkness and the night stretches long, there lies a sacred pause… a threshold of endings and beginnings.
For this Winter Solstice, join me and Laya Gongs for a heartfelt evening of ceremony, sound, and medicine: ritual altar-building, a microdose-guided journey, and a Breathwork journey held with intention, reverence, and gentle integration.
We’ll gather around the inner fire of collective intention, carving sigils into candles to light what we wish to call in, releasing what no longer serves, and honoring our body, mind, and spirit. The ceremony is bathed in sound with gongs and handpans by Adron of Laya Gongs, joining the didgeridoo, drum, flute, and more to deepen our journey into presence, healing, and rebirth.
This space is for those who long for clarity, grounding, and a deep reconnection with their inner light. Whether you’re seasoned in medicine work or deeply curious, you’re welcome here.
