City of Santa Cruz Announces Upcoming Construction
Soquel Avenue block to be paved July 19-22 and 28.
From the City of Santa Cruz:
SANTA CRUZ, CA — The City of Santa Cruz is scheduled to begin Soquel Avenue paving from Ocean Street to Dakota Street on Tuesday, July 19. This work, by Granite Construction Company, will continue through Friday, July 22, and on Thursday, July 28, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Traffic flow will be reduced to one lane in each direction thus travelers should expect delays and may wish to consider an alternate route.

This project is part of the 2016 Overlay Program which is funded by Measure H in the Fiscal Year 2017 Capital Improvement Program.
