County Announces 7th and Brommer Community Meeting
The County of Santa Cruz welcomes residents to discuss the future of a large, publicly-owned parcel at the Upper Harbor on April 27.

From the County of Santa Cruz: The County of Santa Cruz is inviting neighbors to discuss the future of a large, publicly-owned parcel at the Upper Harbor, near the intersection of 7th Avenue and Brommer Street.
Formerly owned by the County's Redevelopment Agency and designated for visitor accommodations, the site must be sold under State law. Before that occurs, the County is seeking neighborhood input to create a plan for the site, which could include both mixed-use and public-serving open space uses.
Residents are encouraged to attend the meeting, which will include a brief presentation and breakout groups to discuss possibilities for the site. Please join us!
