There's a gold ring sitting in the lockup of the Santa Cruz Police Department right now, and if you can prove its yours, its yours. The ring was brought in just before Christmas time, adding nicely to its mysterious aura.
Lots of bikes are in the Department's lockup as usual, along with a set of car keys for a BMW.
