Flood Advisory For Santa Cruz, Monterey Counties
The National Weather service has issue a flood advisory for Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties.
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY - The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Santa Cruz and Monterey counties, as heavy rains have moved from the ocean onto land in our local area.
Drivers are being warned by the NWS that rock and mud slides are possible on state Highway 1 along Big Sur due to the strong storm cells. Drivers are asked to slowly if travel along the road is necessary as the storms pass.
