SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Priscilla Lynn Mendez
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Resisting arrest, drug possession and theft. The warrants are a result of a November 2011 arrest.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Juan Carlos Rocha
AGE: 38
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 220 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Possessing an illegal weapon, selling drugs, resisting arrest and destroying evidence. He was arrested and missed court.

CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
Nicholas Daniel Tzimbal
AGE: 28
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 215 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Parolee at large. He was listed in the "Most Wanted" in 2011 and, after he was featured, he was arrested and charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest. He is on parole and wanted for another alleged parole violation.Priscilla Lynn Mendez

CALIFORNIA STATE PAROLE
Joseph Watts
AGE: 56
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 140 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parolee at large. He is on parole for escaping jail with force and his criminal history includes convictions for carrying a loaded gun, battery on a peace officer, assault, felony theft, resisting arrest and forgery. He should be considered a threat to public safety.

AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 115 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Forging a prescription. She forged prescriptions to get drugs.
