Motorcyclist Killed In Highway 17 Crash
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Highway 17 Sunday morning.
A motorcyclist died after being involved in a collision on state Highway 17 in Scotts Valley Sunday morning, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Israel Murillo.
The crash north of Santas Village Road was reported at about 5:30 a.m., according to the CHP's automated dispatch system.
Northbound lanes of state Highway 17 were closed for over five hours following the collision and were reopened at about 11:20 a.m.
