SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA — Soquel San Jose Road in Santa Cruz County is closed at Olive Springs Road this afternoon due to mudslides, California Highway Patrol officers said. The closure was reported at 3:40 p.m. when officers said there was a mudslide 1 mile south of the one-lane portion of Soquel San Jose.
CHP officers are at the scene to place closure and detour signs on the north end of the closure.
