PG&E Working to Restore Power to Santa Cruz, Thousands in Bay Area

The overnight storms knocked out power to residents all over the area. (Breaking.)

PG&E this morning is working to restore power to thousands of customers across the Bay Area following overnight storms. PG&E is reporting there are 3,242 customers in Fremont currently without power. That outage was first reported at 3 a.m.

PG&E is also reporting smaller outages impacting more than 50 people each across the Bay Area including in the San Rafael, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Cruz and San Jose areas.
