For one or two days you get sheer perfection.
The trees bloom and then quickly it gets too hot or cold or windy or rainy.
Last Wednesday, this was the scene on what used to be called the Pacific Garden Mall, which we now call Pacific Ave.
One side bloomed; the other didn't; and now they are falling already.
