Santa Cruz are investigating the death of a 70-year-old man found in the water at the Santa Cruz Harbor Sunday at 9 a.m.
The man was believed to be living on one of the boats and the coroner's office said there were no signs of foul play.
His name is being held pending notification of next of kin.
