Do you have ideas for how Santa Cruz can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prepare for a changing climate? City officials want to know.

SANTA CRUZ, CA — Do you have ideas for how Santa Cruz can reduce greenhouse gas emissions and prepare for a changing climate? If you said "yes," then city officials want to hear from you.

The city first adopted its Climate Action Plan in 2012, which outlines the actions the city will take between 2012 and 2020 to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30 percent from a 1990 baseline.

City officials said they are now embarking on "an equitable, community-driven Climate Action Plan for 2030."
